If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the product cost.
Eligibility for Returns
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • The money-back guarantee applies only to your first purchase of a specific product.
  • Some health and personal care items, once opened, are exempt from being returned for sanitary reasons.
  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and promotional items are non-returnable.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the product back to us.
Processing Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Shipping Costs
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at info@superstyle.biz for instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@superstyle.biz. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will promptly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
