Jason's fitness journey began in 1999 when he competed in his first bodybuilding show. Like many, he turned to the internet for guidance—trying fad diets and trendy exercises that fell short. Understanding the actual process and how it works took him to the next level.

Over the years, Jason invested in his education beyond what most trainers cover. He attended elite seminars at MI40 in Tampa, learned from diet guru Dave Palumbo, and worked alongside top coaches like AJ Sims of Cementfactory. That commitment to learning shaped his approach to training and nutrition.

At 50, Jason achieved his IFBB Pro status by winning titles in all three Masters age categories—35+, 40+, and 50+—in a single night. As a lightweight competitor, he may not be the biggest on stage, but his conditioning sets him apart. When people say something can't be done, Jason pushes harder to prove them wrong.
