How I use it
Standard Serving: Start with 1 scoop of INFLATE in 12 oz of water about 30 minutes before you train. Adjust the water to taste. This is your baseline to see how your body responds.
Hardcore Serving: Once you know your tolerance and you’ve got a big session planned, run 2 scoops in about 16 oz of water. This is the “we’re not leaving anything in the gym” setting.
Do not exceed 2 scoops in any 24-hour period.
